About me

UX drew me in because it gave a framework to something I had always done instinctively — studying how people think, behave, and make decisions, and using that understanding to solve real problems.

I bring three years of UX research and design experience across complex digital environments, including regulated platforms, eCommerce, and social care.

 

My work is grounded in mixed methods research — combining qualitative insight with behavioural data and analytics to understand users at both an individual and a population level. I care about designing for everyone, particularly users who are often overlooked.

Before UX I spent over fifteen years as a senior design leader in retail, leading teams, presenting strategy to directors and boards, and balancing consumer needs against commercial reality. I now bring that same rigour and commercial instinct into digital — which means I understand not just what users need but what a business needs to do about it.

I am particularly drawn to work where research drives decisions.
